CVali provides AI-powered ATS resume scanning and job description matching. Scores and suggestions are generated by an AI model (OpenAI gpt-4o-mini) and are intended as guidance only — not a guarantee of job application outcomes.
You may use CVali as a guest (limited scans) or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. CVali is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: (a) upload malicious files; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; (c) use CVali to process data you are not authorized to handle; (d) resell or redistribute CVali's output commercially without permission.
Free accounts are subject to scan limits as displayed in the product. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Paid plans are governed by the pricing terms in effect at time of purchase.
CVali and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CVali and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your resume content remains your property.
CVali is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated scores or suggestions will result in improved job application outcomes. Use the service at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CVali at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of CVali after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
